While Pho is the most widely recognized dish internationally, Bun Cha (Vietnamese: Bún Chả) is maybe the most iconic dish in Vietnam, especially in the North.
Bun Cha is made of grilled fatty pork and pork meatballs served in a bowl of nước chấm – fish sauce mixed with garlic, chili, sugar, and lime juice. You’ll also typically find a few pickled vegetables floating in the bowl as well. 3. Chả cá Lã Vọng "cha ca" - Grilled fish La Vong Hanoi
Grilled fish La Vong Hanoi dating back to the French colonial period, made according to the traditional recipe of a patriotic "Doan" family. In the past, Chả cá was usually made from Anh Vu fish (a species of catfis, little bones, high-class meat, delicious, only used to give to the King). 4. Bún đậu mắm tôm "Noodle and Tofu with Shrimp Sauce"
Bún đậu mắm tôm is a very famous and famous dish of Hanoi, has been around for nearly hundred years, consists of 3 main parts. First you have vermicelli rice noodles (“Bún”) that have been stuck together in a big flat pancake and then cut into bite-sized pieces (called “bun mieng”). 6. Phở cuốn "Pho cuon"

1.4 Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square:
Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square is located on the north side of Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city, the convergence of Hang Gai, Hang Dao, Cau Go, Dinh Tien Hoang, Le Thai To. The area of square used to be a deserted coconut plantation along the Hoan Kiem Lake, popularly known as the "Coconut Garden". Later, when French colonists invaded Vietnam, the square was renamed Place Négrier. The French colonial attaches great importance to the location of this square and considered it the center of Hanoi at that time. However, France's favor for Place Négrier square was quickly stopped by their barbaric acts. French colonists repeatedly decapitated and executed anti-French patriots at here. 2. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex

2.5 Presidential Palace
The Governor-General Palace, also known as the Presidential Palace, is located within the grounds of Ba Dinh Square where the ceremony of welcoming the heads of state or heads of the Government to pay official visits to Vietnam.
